I have a strong belief in your ability to heal, to recover, and to find passion and purpose. I provide a safe, supportive, therapeutic environment to encourage you to find your voice, to be empowered, to recover, and develop resiliency. My desire is to help you move forward by gaining a greater awareness of self and confidence in your worth and value. My goal is to provide therapy that is characterized by immediacy, emotional presence, mindfulness, warmth, and acceptance.
Works with children, teens, couples, families and individuals. Specializes in CBT, Christian therapy, and play therapy. Works with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavior modification, life adjustment, family issues, work/life balance, stress, grief, and loss.
Graduated with a Masters of Social Work with a Clinical Specialty from New Mexico Highlands University in 2009
