I have been working with children, adolescents and adults since 2006 when I completed my graduate degree in Social Work. I believe that my role as a therapist is to facilitate and encourage positive growth and development.

I utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. We all have the innate ability to make positive changes in our lives and our behaviors with support and dedication. All facets of our lives have a direct result on our overall health and well being and thus I take a holistic approach to treatment, helping my clients to look at all areas of their lives for opportunities to grow, heal and change.
