Making the decision to start therapy can be daunting, exhausting, anxiety provoking but also enlightening, positive and life changing! My therapeutic approach includes having a mindful, non-judgmental stance with every individual that I work with and whole-heartedly accept each individual as they are. I enjoy working with NM children, teens, young adults and families. I am very passionate about my work and truly attempt to place myself within the lens of the parents I work with while encouraging and strengthening the skills of their children. I choose to work with at-risk youth and their families in very serious situations and have pride in my ability to empathize and connect during times of great stress and crisis.
