Letha S. Olmos, MSW, LCSW

Letha is an accomplished Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LISW) with 15 years of experience and a proven track record in working with children, adults and families using effective crisis intervention as well as individual and group therapy.  Letha provides services in both the school setting and in the office.

Letha strongly believes in genuine, open, honest communication and active engagement with her clients from the first moment of interaction through the end of therapeutic treatment. 

She has high energy, passion and motivation for her clients, and has an innate compassion for children and families in difficult life situations, including children in foster homes. Letha has also worked as a track and field coach, helping her teams achieve personal and team success. 

Expertise includes: trauma informed therapy and emotional disturbed children with youth and families from diverse populations, Crisis Intervention/Prevention, Motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy and family intervention, substance abuse prevention/intervention/recovery, mindfulness in treating and managing anxiety, depression education and management and healing through self-awareness and self-love.
