Group Therapy: Stress Reduction – Thursdays at 5:30

Elevation Counseling is pleased to offer an in-person group therapy series in our office in Albuquerque with Christine Siegrist, LPCC

As our world continues to prioritize productivity over reflective rest, join a small group at Elevation Counseling to learn tools that may help reduce the amount of stress in your body and thoughts. We will utilize journaling, reflective listening, breathing exercises, and gentle stretches to turn our attention toward a quieter, more relaxed mind. This group is open to all clients* 18 and over.

We will meet for five consecutive weeks on Thursdays at 5:30 at Elevation Counseling, beginning October 21st. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and feel good in while sitting on the floor. Chairs will also be available. Limit 10 clients.

We will need to confirm that your needs fit the purpose of the course, will need to confirm your insurance, and you will have a one-on-one session with Christine Siegrist, who is leading the group sessions, before the first group meeting.

(*This group is NOT appropriate for those clients with acute stress/anxiety disorders, suicidal thoughts, or active Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.)
